Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling Installation Discount Terms

This Installation Discount Terms (“Terms”) detail the conditions and limitations regarding the 5% discount on installations (“Discount”) offered to members (“Members”) of Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling (“Company”), stipulating the maximum discount cap and the eligibility criteria for availing the Discount.

  1. Discount Offer and Limitations: The Company offers a 5% Discount on installation services to Members, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The Discount shall be capped at a maximum of $1000 (USD) per installation.

  2. Eligibility Criteria for Discount Activation: The Discount becomes active for a Member after meeting either of the following conditions: a. Two (2) years of consecutive monthly payments for the membership fee, or b. Payment of the membership fee in full for two (2) years.

  3. Calculation of Discount: Once the Discount becomes active as per the eligibility criteria, Members will be entitled to a 5% reduction on the total cost of installation services, up to a maximum discount of $1000 (USD) per installation.

  4. Application of Discount: The Discount shall be applied to the final invoice for installation services, reducing the total cost of installation by the specified percentage, not exceeding the maximum cap of $1000 (USD).

  5. Non-Transferability and Non-Cumulativeness: The Discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers provided by the Company unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.

  6. Modification or Termination of Discount Offer: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Discount offer at its sole discretion, with prior notice to Members in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

By becoming a Member and availing of the Discount, Members acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this Terms document. The Company may revise these Terms as needed and will communicate any changes to Members accordingly.
